At MoveekBuddyShop, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MoveekBuddyShop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive back in perfect condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
